As announced on 14 May 2026, Trine Borum Bojsen stepped down from her position as Non-Executive Director of Ceres Power Holdings plc with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting.

As announced on 20 February 2025, Uwe Glock resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director of Ceres Power Holdings plc with effect from 19 February 2025.
